Two bedrooms, one with full-size bed, one with two single beds, pull out couch in living room.
Check in Sat. 1:00 p.m Check out Sat. 10:00 am.
Reservations: $100 Advance registration fee to
hold Reservation . Refundable if all aspects of the rental agreement are adhered
to.
Four weeks before arrival: One half the weekly rental fee is due.
Due on arrival: 2nd. Half of weekly rental fee plus $300 Security Deposit due in
cash, money order or certified check .
Security Deposit returned at time of satisfactory check out. * $700 rental for
4th. of July week.
Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend –
Minimum 3 night stay @ $95 per night Regular weekends Minimum 2 nights @
$110 per night*
*Weekend rental is based upon unfilled weekly rentals. Call Fridays for
availability and additional details.
